The product range of Kadevi includes all types of transmission tower starting from 66KV to 765KV. All the towers are manufactured as IS 802-1984 & IS 5613. The prototype towers are tested at CPRI and at separate national test labs

Fasteners

Kadevi Fasteners Division is equipped with all latest manufacturing facilities from coil drawing stage to hot dip galvanization, assembling and packing stage. The range of fasteners include Hexagonal Bolts, Nuts, Studs, U-Bolts, Step Bolts, Washers

Telecom Towers

Kadevi is one of the largest towers manufacturing company in India and have supplied and erected around 15,000 towers of various designs of Angular GBT & RTT, Hybrid Tubular GBT & RTT to the leading cellular operators & Telecom infrastructure companies

Solar Trackers

kadevi has successfully helped in establishment of a 10 Mw plant in Gujrat by way of fabrication, supply & installation of nearly 1500 static structures. The structure was manufactured based on the customer design/drawings.

Steel Rolling Mill

Kadevi has installed a fully automatic steel rolling mill capable of producing 60,000 Metric Tons of structural steel Angles from 40 x 40 x 4mm to 150 x 150 x 16mm size

Generators

Kadevi manufactures diesel generating sets from 10KVA to 45KVA using Escorts engine both for telecom and domestic market with a capacity of 5,000 units per annum. The gensets are enclosed with attractive canopy confirming to the CPCB norms of 75dba.

Counterpoise Earth System

Kadevi has designed and manufactured counterpoise earth systems for DVOR used as navigational aids in the Airports. We have supplied several systems to Airport Authority of India and exported to Chile, South America, Bangladesh, UAE, Qatar, and Sharjah etc.

Telescopic & Guyed Masts

Kadevi has developed several innovative products for Telescopic Guyed Masts division like Electro Mechanical Masts, Pneumatic Telescopic Masts, Guyed Masts / Towers, Push Fit Mast, Counterpoise Earth Systems, Ground Rapid Deployment Systems etc., Over the last 45 years, we have pioneered the art of making all types of Telescopic Masts and Guyed Towers

Antenna System

Kadevi develop and manufactures MF,HF,VHF and UHF antennas to cater defence, PSUs and some private organisation requirements. Basing on its core strength in antenna products Kadevi has expanded its antenna product range with the manufacture of Base station and Microwave antennas used in the cellular networks.

EPC

Kadevi undertakes EPC turnkey solutions which include, Site Survey, Foundation, Erection, provision of accessories and subsystems such as shelter, DG Set, BTS & Microwave Antenna etc.,

Kadevi is now approved by GETCO (Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited) for supply of Transmission Line towers and substation structures upto 220 KV.

Kadevi has sucessfully supplied fasteners to 220KV Multi Circuit Line of APTRANCO for 220KV Ghanapur SS to Terminal tower Marripally near nagole of proposed 220KV XLPE UG Cable to 220/33KV Hayathnagar SS & 220KV Feeder Bays at 220KV SS Ghanapur for Hayathnagar in Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh.
