Towers Fabrication Plant

Kadevi has separate plant for towers fabrication at Ankireddypally at about 35 KM from central Hyderabad. The Factory is built in an area of 386,424 Sft. housing a 66,090 Sft. 1 Lakh TPA fabrication shop and a 32,291 Sft. Hot Dip Galvanising shop accommodating 2 galvanising lines with a capacity of 60,000 TPA.

Kadevi has developed state of the art production software for towers to handle more than 50 designs simultaneously. Machinery :

The plants are equipped with the following machinery like CNC Milling Machines, CNC Power presses, Mechanical Power Presses, Hydraulic Shearing Machines, CNC Plasma Cutting machines, PUG cutting Machines, Hydraulic Bending Machines, Radial & Pillar Drilling Machines, CNC Press brakes, MIG Welding Machines, Tig Welding Machines, Arc Welding Machines, Pedestal Grinders, Surface Grinders, Hand Grinders and materials movement equipments like EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Tripod Chain Pulleys, Motorised Mobile Cranes and Hydraulic Forklift Trucks.

Quality

  2. Our QC involves in all the activities to ensure that all the products sourced and manufactured by Kadevi are in compliance with National & International standards at all stages of Inspection.
  3. All incoming materials are inspected and released in accordance with documented procedure to ensure adequacy with regard to requirements.
  4. Online inspection is carried out in process to ensure that product quality is in conformance with relevant standards in respect of physical, chemical and mechanical compositions.
  5. Final inspection check is carried out to ensure that product quality is in conformance with specified requirements. Finishing and treatment process has been done for protection against corrosion and rust in line with international standards.
  6. Inspection & Test reports / Records are maintained to establish that the product has passed inspection and testing in accordance with criteria defined in the inspection and testing procedures. Records are maintained for calibration and verification of monitoring and measuring equipments.
